Your order will only be completed when you click on “Complete payment”. If you leave the site before then, the purchase transaction is not completed. The system will immediately send you an order summary on the e-mail you have provided. When your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will again receive an electronic message with shipping information. You can pay with Danish and foreign payment cards. Payment will be deducted from your account at least one day before shipping the item.


ODH Gin arranges delivery with Post Danmark or GLS (unless otherwise stated).

The price of shipping is calculated at checkout.

ODH Gin packs and ships the item within five working days of ordering. If delays occur, this will correspondingly delay the delivery. ODH Gin cannot be held responsible for delays with the freight companies used. In case of non-delivery, ODH Gin will send a new delivery free of charge. Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands can in some cases take several days.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

You will lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on the item.

If an item is refused receipt or not picked up in a parcel shop, ODHGin reserves the right to refund the purchase price less the price of the shipping from the customer.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned. In the event of damage to the item during transport back to ODHGin, you are responsible.
