TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Order

Your order will only be completed when you click on “Complete payment”. If you leave the site before then, the purchase transaction is not completed. The system will immediately send you an order summary on the e-mail you have provided. When your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will again receive an electronic message with shipping information. Your order is first finally confirmed and completed upon receipt of this email.

NO SALES TO PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS

Payment

You can pay with Danish and foreign payment cards. Payment will be deducted from your account at least one day before shipping the item.

Delivery

ODH Gin arranges delivery with Post Danmark or GLS (unless otherwise stated).

The price of shipping is calculated at checkout.

ODH Gin packs and ships the item within five working days of ordering. If delays occur, this will correspondingly delay the delivery. ODH Gin cannot be held responsible for delays with the freight companies used. In case of non-delivery, ODH Gin will send a new delivery free of charge. Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands can in some cases take several days.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

Has received your item

Gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given to contact@ODHGIN.com, tel. +45 51347280. In your notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Cancellation can also be made by refusing receipt of the item. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

Return

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item.

Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

You will lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on the item.

If an item is refused receipt or not picked up in a parcel shop, ODHGin reserves the right to refund the purchase price less the price of the shipping from the customer.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned. In the event of damage to the item during transport back to ODHGin, you are responsible.

What should I send back?

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation as well as the registration number and account number for the bank account to which a refund can be made.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

 

If there is something wrong with the item (right of complaint)

The Purchase Act’s defect rules apply to purchases of goods.

How fast should I advertise?

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

 

What do we do with your personal information (personal data policy)

No personal information registered on the Site will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only available to trusted employees of ODH Gin.

In connection with any electronic payment uses a secure encrypted method through the Webshop system.
